Horst Steffens very satisfied with GT Radial performance

The Fleet Horst Steffens operates around 40 truck and trailer in long haul and regional applications.
They have a long supply relation with Reifen Gundlach, the German distributor of GT Radial tyres. Reifen Gundlach has introduced GT Radial truck tyre brand in Germany in 2005.
Horst Schmitz, Sales Manager at Reifen Gundlach proposed to test the new GT Radial tyres. At first on trailer axles, then later on drive and steer axles. The results were over expectations and the fleet has increased the number of GT Radial tyres in operation. "We were truly surprised by the performance of the GT Radial tyres" says Horst Steffens, fleet owner.
He continues "when Reifen Gundlach asked us if we were willing to test some prototype tyres of the new size 385/55R22.5 on steer axle position, we did not hesitate at all. We have gained confidence in the safety and reliability of GT Radial tyres"
The test is followed closely by technical staff from the manufacturer, GITI Tyre Europe, together with Reifen Gundlach. Horst Schmitz, Sales Manager Reifen Gundlach says "So far the tyres has performed very well, but we have also made suggestions that the manufacturer has accepted and very fast implemented. We are pleased with the service they give to their products."
