By popular demand, two new sizes 33 x 10.5 x 16 and 35 x 10.5 x 16, have been added to the competition tire product range, popularly known as 山大王 to complement the currently available 31 x 10.5 x 15 and 31 x 10.5 x 16 sizes. Giti Tire Team Leader Mr. Huang Wei Zhi said these additional sizes would allow more flexibility for competitors to match the wheel torque requirements especially of higher powered 4X4s. Huang, who is one of the most respected veteran 4X4 competitor further explained: “The aggressive pattern design, special tread compound and robust construction of the 山大王 provide excellent traction and handling to provide the much needed competitive advantage in Off-road competition.”

With these four山大王sizes now available, it became the most popular choice with competitors in the recent 1st round of the 2010 China Circuit Off-road Championship (COC) at Jinjiang. Huang is happy that Giti Team member, Mr. Lu Xue Bin, who used the new 33 inch x 10.5 x 16 tire, came in 2nd Overall and he is very confident that 山大王 would definitely help competitors achieve more victories in the future rounds of the COC.

At the opening ceremony, the Guest of Honor, Chen Zhong He, the former chief coach of China’s National Women Volley Ball Team, chose to ride in the Giti Competition vehicle fitted with the山大王 ,whilst inspecting the course.
