Extreme1 Helped Giti Team to Create A Five-Consecutive COC Legend

From 25th to 27th Aug, the 2010 COC moved to its sixth station, Lai Wu city. The two Giti heroes continued the myth, winning the fifth consecutive championship.
In circuits, GitiCompete Extreme1 once again conquered all the audience with its powerful performance in muddy road.

Giti Takes Root in Xinjiang with Uniform and High-Quality Products and Services

On 18th, August, 2010, the 301st Giti Service Center was officially opened in Kashi, meanwhile Giti 4×4 series was overall released.
This Service Center is the most western corner of Giti’s marketing network, which demonstrates not only Giti’s further improvement in marketing network, but also fulfillment of its commitment to offer uniform and high-quality products and services to Chinese customers irrespective of geographical locations.

'Gift of Sight’ Starts in Kashi and Yining Station

After the successful launch in Shanghai station, this summer has witnessed ‘Gift of Sight’ nonstop moved to Xinjiang. On 18th, Aug in Kashi and 19th, Aug in Yining, Three on the Bund and Giti tire, along with other caring enterprises and individuals from all over China, spread love to the most western corner of Xinjiang as well as their blessings to impoverished cataract patients.

Extreme1 Helps Giti to Win Four Consecutive COC Championships

From 16th to 17th, Aug, the 2010 China Circuit Off-road Championship (COC) was staged in Zibo, Shandong with full passion. Giti team once again won the championship of both driver and team, creating four consecutive legend.
In the field, more than 70% of drivers used GitiCompete Extreme1 as their preferred choice. After the game, many drivers rained praise on 山大王 for its excellent performance. It once again demonstrates the dominance of GitiCompete Extreme1 in cross-country field.

Giti Drift Team, the Focus of Attention in CDS Zhaoqing Station

On 8th, August, in CDS 2010 Zhaoqing Station, Giti drift team has taken the whole audience by storm with its dazzling image. In circuits, the four cars of Giti team offered the fans and the audience a visual and sensory feast with their passionate performance, coupled with splendid body looks.
Driver Gao Kongyan got acknowledgement of the judges and audience with the magnificence of his car’s appearance and finally won the ‘Best Appearance of Decoration’ Award. Yan’s car, modified from Mitsubishi Lancer EVO, is a unique EVO9 drift car in China, and also China’s first active drift car modified from four-wheel drive. The whole body, with Giti logo, is eye-catching.

Launching Ceremony of ‘Gift of Sight’ in Shanghai

On 6th, August, ‘Gift of Sight’ Shanghai station was officially launched. In Xinhua Hospital wards, the first batch of six blind children removed gauze after the cataract operations and regained their sight.
This is the first effective use of the 14-million-yuan donations, which was donated by Giti and its business partners in the ‘2010 Shanghai World Expo: Life • Sunshine Three on the Bund Gala Dinner’ in May. It will offer 37 children from Shanghai Blind School with free cataract operations and give them a new lease of life.

Extreme1 helps to win three consecutive championships in COC

In the 2010 China Circuit Off-road Championship (COC) Beijing Station concluded on 1st August, Giti team once again won the Club Cup, with Qiao Xu as the champion and Lu Xuebin the third place. Besides Xuecheng Station and Changbaishan Station, this is Giti’s third time to win the honor for both team and driver.
After the game, Qiao Xu said that Extreme1 played a key role in winning the championship on this rocky road.

Extreme1 helped Giti team win another victory in Changbaishan

After a three-day fierce competition, the 2010 China Circuit Off-road Championship (COC) Changbaishan Station concluded on July 17th. With Qiao Xu and Lu Xuebin as the champion and the third place respectively, Giti team turns to be the greatest winner of the championship. And the right secret of success is GitiCompete 4x4 Extreme1.

山大王 sweeps clean victory

GitiCompete 4x4 Extreme1 or more popularly known as山大王dominated the 2nd Round of the China Circuit Off-road Championship (COC), held at Shandong Xuecheng, 15th – 17th May 2010, with resounding victories.

2010 World Expo: Life. Sunshine. Three on the Bund Gala Dinner

In May 2010, Giti Tire collaborated with its network of valued suppliers to further raise funds at the “2010 World Expo: Life. Sunshine. Three on the Bund Gala Dinner.” At the Event, Giti Tire pledged Rmb 5 million whilst the valued suppliers collectively pledged another Rmb 9 million, which means in the near future, 14,000 impoverished patients, will have the chance to regain their sight.

GitiCompete Drift 1 again made its mark at WDS, Hangzhou

At the World Drift Series held in Hangzhou, 30th April – 2nd May 2010, the event witnessed the fact that more drift drivers used the GitiCompete Drift 1 competition tires than any other makes.

The opening round of the 2010 China Circuit Off-road Championship (COC) again bore testimony to the quality and toughness of GitiCompete 4x4 Extreme 1 competition tire.

山大王 was once again tested at the final Round of COC at Yangshan (1st - 3rd December 2009). As the challenge intensified, the new Giti 4x4 competition tire once again stood the tests and achieved the 2nd podium position again.

Huang Wei Zhi and his Team were even more delighted as their achievements over just 2 rounds of competition (at Chenzhou and Yangshan) have helped Team Giti to win 3rd overall placing in the Championship.

"With山大王and more rounds of participation in the Championship next year, we are sure to get even better results", assured a confident Huang Wei Zhi.

The 2009 China Cross Country Circuit Championship (COC) held at Chenzhou

The 2009 China Cross Country Circuit Championship (COC) held at Chenzhou on 23rd November 2009 has special significance as it marked the introduction of Giti Tire new 4x4 competition tire, GitiCompete 4x4 Extreme 1 or 山大王。

In its debut, 山大王 lived up to the mark as the tire helped Team Giti secure a 2nd overall position for that Round of competition.

山大王 was once again tested at the final Round of COC at Yangshan (1st - 3rd December 2009). As the challenge intensified, the new Giti 4x4 competition tire once again stood the tests and achieved the 2nd podium position again.

GitiCompete Drift at Tian Ma Lun Jia

As GitiCompete Drift 1 has been well endorsed by many teams at various events including the World Drifting Series 2009, renowned Drift Ace, Zhang Shaohua, too tested Drift 1. Zhang was so impressed by Drift 1 performance that he decided to use the Drift 1 as his preferred tire at the 'Tian Ma Lun Jia' event which was held at the Tian Ma Circuit, Shanghai on Oct. 31st and Nov. 1st, 2009.

Giti Team dominates 2009 X-Drift Carnival(Oct10-11,2009), Sweeping 4 out of 6 awards in Shenzhen. Congratulations to the drivers of Giti Team, Mr.Xie Shuli, Mr.Gao Kongyan, Mr.Chen Shuiming, and Mr.Xiong Yongjia!

World Drift Series (WDS 2009). Round 2, Hangzhou.

WDS Round 2 saw more intensive competition. It was an experience to be on the world stage and competing with veterans as well as the best in the field. GitiCompete Drift 1 again won the admiration from many participants including Chinese Ace Driver, Zhang Shao Hua, who later used the GitiCompete Drift 1 as his demonstration tires at an exhibition show at the Tian Ma Shan Circuit in Shanghai.

World Drifting Series (WDS 2009). Round 1, Tianjin

Whilst Chen's team participated at Guangzhou, another winning team led by Li Zhen Ye participated in the World Drift Series. Their cars were modified to some 500 bhp to match the fierce challenges that came from renowned veterans from Japan and USA.

The GitiCompete Drift 1 tires stood the test well to be classified as a world class product; and not to our surprise, some other teams (both Chinese and Foreign) switched their existing tires to use the GitiCompete Drift 1 as their preferred choice.

Guangzhou Drift Challenge

At its debut at Shenzhen, the GitiCompete Drift 1, won the confidence of the top teams who elected to use the tire at the Guangzhou Open Class Competition. Chen Shui Ming, one of the winners at Shenzhen, came in 2nd Overall. He was absolutely delighted with performance of GitiCompete Drift 1.

Enduring Love . Gift of Sight

July 2nd, 2009, Giti Tire (China) Investment Co., Ltd., together with China Disabled Person's Foundation (CDPF) launched the "Gift of Sight/New Vision" Charity Program in Huanggang city, to provide impoverished cataract patients with free vision rehabilitation operations and gain a new lease of life. This program intends to provide free cataract operations to 1000 patients in China starting with Huang Gang City in Hubei Province.

Cataract, with a high incidence rate amongst the poor, could cause blindness in serious cases. Fortunately, such blindness can be prevented with surgery to replant a pair of intraocular lens that could last 50 years. However, many thousands of cataract sufferers are far too poor and simply cannot afford the medical/surgery expenses and as a result, forced to go blind.

CDPF, with its experience and commitment to resolve social handicap, has been working hard to implement the Gift of Sight Program by raising funds from various communities and corporate sectors to provide impoverished cataract sufferers with FREE rehabilitation operations and grant them a "New Vision" thus a new lease of life.
