Giti Racing Team Shown on Fujian Strait TV (Yangshan)

The final round at Yangshan saw Giti Motorsport Team achieved similar results and the combined results of the last 2 rounds of COC saw Giti Motorsport Team being awarded the Championship 3rd Overall position. Huang Wei Zhi attributed the success to the skills of the Team Drivers and the awesome performance of Shan Da Wang.

Giti Racing Team Shown on Fujian Strait TV (zhengzhou)

The participation of Giti Motorsport Team at the last two rounds of the China Cross Country Circuit Challenge (COC) at Chenzhou (23rd -25th Nov 2009) and Yangshan (1st -3rd Dec 2009) were well documented by “Haixia Che Shidai”, a popular TV program over Fujian Strait TV (more popularly known as Fujian International Channel).
It was at the Chenzhou Round of the COC, that Giti Tire subjected its newly launched 4x4 Competition Tire, GitiCompete 4x4 Extreme 1 (Shan Da Wang) to the real test. Giti Tire’s long time motorsport partner, Huang Wei Zhi and his team were absolutely impressed with the performance of the new Shan Da Wang that helped them to win the 2nd spot in their first outing.

2009 X-Drift Carnival, Shenzhen

Giti Team dominates 2009 X-Drift Carnival(Oct10-11,2009), Sweeping 4 out of 6 awards in Shenzhen. Congratulations to the drivers of Giti Team, Mr.Xie Shuli, Mr.Gao Kongyan, Mr.Chen Shuiming, and Mr.Xiong Yongjia!

World Drifting Series (WDS 2009). Round 1, Tianjin

Whilst Chen's team participated at Guangzhou, another winning team led by Li Zhen Ye participated in the World Drift Series. Their cars were modified to some 500 bhp to match the fierce challenges that came from renowned veterans from Japan and USA.

Enduring Love . Gift of Sight

July 2nd, 2009, Giti Tire (China) Investment Co., Ltd., together with China Disabled Person's Foundation (CDPF) launched the "Gift of Sight/New Vision" Charity Program in Huanggang city, to provide impoverished cataract patients with free vision rehabilitation operations and gain a new lease of life.

This program intends to provide free cataract operations to 1000 patients in China starting with Huang Gang City in Hubei Province.
