Confidence Beyond the Game

Organiser

The Giti "Confidence Beyond the Game" Match Day Photo Contest ("Contest") is organised by Giti Tire Global Trading Pte Ltd ("Giti" or the "Organiser") in conjunction with Giti's sponsorship of the ASEAN Hyundai Cup™ 2026 and Shopee Cup™ 2026.

Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on 24 July 2026 and ends on 31 Dec 2026.

Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to:

• Legal residents of the participating countries only. (i.e. Brunei DS, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste and Vietnam)
• Individuals aged 18 years or above. Giti reserves the right to verify eligibility of any participant at any time.
• Individuals attending an official ASEAN Hyundai Cup™ match or official fan activation during the Contest Period.

Employees of Giti, its affiliates, its distributors, advertising agencies, tournament organisers, judges and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

To participate, entrants must:

• Scan the official campaign QR Code placed at Giti booth at the stadium or visit the campaign landing page (www.giti.com/aseanchampionship).
• Register with:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Country of Residence
  • Or with Google Account
• Take a photo or upload a photo taken during an official ASEAN Hyundai Cup™ match or official Giti activation during the Contest Period.
• Submit the photo together with the required information.

Registration is only required once. Registered participants may submit multiple photos throughout the tournament. Each participant may only win one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period, regardless of the country of participation.

Photo Requirements

Participants represent and warrant that all submitted photographs must:

• Be original photographs taken by the participant.
• Be taken during an official ASEAN Hyundai Cup™ match or Giti activation.
• Not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property or other rights.
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or illegal content.
• Not contain prominent advertising or competitor branding.
• Not be materially altered, manipulated or generated using AI in a manner that changes the authenticity or content of the photograph.

Giti reserves the right to reject or remove any photo deemed inappropriate.

Judging Criteria

Winning entries will be selected by a judging panel appointed by Giti. Photos will be judged based on:

The judges' decision is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Prize

There will be:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected from 5 participating market where Giti conducts an official ASEAN Hyundai Cup Match Day Photo Contest activation. Total of 5 sets of tires to be won.

Each Grand Prize Winner will receive:

One (1) complete set of Giti passenger car tyres (four (4) tyres), or an equivalent prize determined by Giti.

Prize Conditions

• The tire model and size awarded are subject to compatibility with the winner's vehicle. Winners may be required to provide information necessary for prize fulfilment within the timeframe specified by Giti.
• If Giti does not manufacture a suitable tire size for the winner's vehicle, Giti reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative product or prize of equivalent or higher value.
• The prize only covers the tyres provided by Giti. Any other costs, including installation, balancing, wheel alignment and any other workshop or related service charges (if applicable), shall be borne by the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Giti reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prior notice, to modify, substitute, withdraw or replace the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
• All decisions made by Giti and the appointed judging panel are final and binding, subject to applicable laws. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced on:

• Giti Global Facebook
• Giti Global Instagram
• Campaign Landing Page

Winners will also be contacted via their registered email address.

If a winner fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, Giti reserves the right to select an alternative winner or forfeit the prize.

Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Giti may use submitted photographs, the participant's first name, country and winning entries for promotional, advertising, marketing and publicity purposes without further compensation.

Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of their submitted photographs.

However, by submitting an entry, participants grant Giti, its affiliates, distributors, advertising agencies and appointed partners a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit and distribute the submitted photographs across:

• Giti websites
• Social media
• Digital advertising
• Print advertising
• Public relations
• Dealer communications
• Future promotional materials

Personal Data

Personal information collected will only be used for:

• Contest administration
• Winner verification
• Prize fulfilment
• Marketing communications (only where separate consent has been given)

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above. Personal data may be transferred to and processed by Giti, its affiliates, service providers or agencies involved in administering the Contest, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Disqualification

Giti reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Submits false information.
• Uses stolen photographs or photographs infringing third-party rights.
• Uploads AI-generated or manipulated images.
• Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the Contest process.
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Acts fraudulently or dishonestly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Giti shall not be responsible for:

• Lost or delayed entries.
• Technical failures.
• Internet disruptions.
• Mobile device compatibility issues.
• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the Contest.
• Any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or changes to any ASEAN Hyundai Cup™ match or related event.

Modification or Cancellation

Giti reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Contest or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the participant’s country of residence.
