Teams at Giti are encouraged and empowered to find opportunities to innovate processes to optimise production with the ultimate goal of reducing our environmental impact. In 2024, 89 LEAN improvement projects were completed, reducing CO2 emissions by 3,000 tons and embodied CO2 emissions by 6,476 tons.
In January 2025, the first batch of 33 dealers completed vehicle procurement, with the service network now covering over 320 terminal stores. As the operational route map continues to be refined, the delivery service scope is expanding rapidly.
