Giti Tire's Recruitment Process

Recruitment Plan

A recruitment plan is created, including the position details, candidate requirements, and job description of the person who would assume the new position. It would also include a plan for start dates and transition needs.

Talent Search

The sources and channels of recruitment are selected, including online and offline channels - depending on the situation and position needs. This would include advertising the position and motivating people to apply for the role.

Screen & Shortlist

Applications are screened and selected for further interest, based on their qualifications and ability to fill role requirements. They are then contacted to understand basic information, before going to the next stage of the process.

Interviews & Assesment

The candidate will enter the interview process, which may include one or more sessions by phone, video, or in person - depending on the situation. There may also be an online assesment as part to see the fit of the candidate.

Evaluation & Offer

Upon evaluation of related departments and responsible teams, an offer will be given and finalized to the most deserving candidate for the role. They will then enter an onboarding process and probation period to ensure the success of the new hire.
